Fundraising and the Law

• Fundraising over the Internet, including through social media and online retailers;
• The opportunities and pitfalls for a nonprofit/tax-exempt organization in fundraising;
• The various fundraising methodologies that are available to nonprofit/tax-exempt organizations;
• Tips for structuring and advising a fundraising program in a legally sound manner; and
• Charitable organizations contributing to organizations and charitable causes located in countries outside of the U.S.
